Each year, the Campus Week brings together over 4,000 employees of Bundesdruckerei to foster cross-departmental collaboration, internal alignment, and cultural cohesion. As a trusted content and communications partner, I am supporting the conceptual development and facilitation of this major internal event since 2020, translating strategic goals into meaningful formats that resonate across teams.
Scope:
+ Annual concept development aligned with evolving business goals
+ Strategic messaging to support employee engagement and retention
+ Implementation of digital and hybrid event formats, adapting to remote and hybrid work environments
+ Facilitation of workshops with representatives from across departments (20–40 people)
Impact:
+ Increasing the sense of identity and clarity across teams and leadership levels
+ Creating a unifying event experience that mirrors the internal culture and supports transformation
