betterplace lab is home to experimental workshop formats like betterplace co:lab and betterplace well:being, both aimed at driving transformation in organizations. While these formats have found strong internal traction, the goal was to expand their reach beyond the betterplace universe and make them more visible to external partners. I was tasked with designing and facilitating a series of strategic team workshops to co-develop the next steps for positioning and communication of betterplace lab.

Scope:

+ Designing and leading a series of co-creative strategy workshops with the betterplace lab team
+ Joint brainstorming of the offering, its core benefits, and external relevance
+ Generating new themes, narratives, and content ideas

Impact:

+ Creation of tangible next steps for communication and outreach based on workshop insights
+ A refreshed, shared understanding of the offering’s purpose and positioning
+ Renewed team energy and ownership
